Warby Parker Case Study

DTC Eye Wear Company

Introduction:

Shopping for glasses used to mean a trip to your local eye doctor or eye wear store, and look through rows and rows of eye glass frames within a limited amount of time to find the perfect pair…..It was stressful to say the least.

Personalization Matters:

Warby Parker positions its marketing by making glasses not just a need but part of a persons style. They use style quizzes to help you shop for the perfect frames based on your quiz answers.

The Warby Parker Experience: “Ready to Find your Perfect Pair”

First step in the process is to answer questions within their style quiz, quick and easy.

Next a curated frame selection is available to review based on your answers to the style quiz.

Once you decide on the frames you like you can opt to fill your prescription at that time or you can select up to 5 frames to be sent to your home to try them on in person before making a selection. Once you make your selection you return the frames and fill your prescription.

Why Customers Love it:

Customers love the Warby Parker for the convenience to shop anywhere any time. Confident in the recommendations based on the quiz technology and community on social media where you can share your insights on your favor frames, your shopping experience and the quality of the frames.
